Kate Spade (Outlets at Castle Rock, CO) seeks a Temporary Retail Associate (part-time) to deliver styling-led customer service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and build immediate rapport, demonstrating confident product knowledge across categories.
- Deliver one-to-one styling advice and curate complete looks that align with each customer’s aesthetic and lifestyle.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling and follow-up recommendations to maximise average transaction value.
- Operate POS systems and manage transactions to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, merchandising and inventory replenishment.
- Support omnichannel selling initiatives and assist customers with virtual or remote shopping interactions.
- Uphold loss-prevention, safety and brand presentation standards on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, high‑traffic days and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage stockroom tasks.
- Proficient in English (or local market language) and willing to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.

Experience
Demonstrated retail experience with hands-on selling responsibility; proven ability to convert customer interactions into sales and to maintain merchandising and stockroom standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
