Kate Spade in Canutillo, TX seeks a Temporary Retail Associate (part-time) at The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso. $15.00–$19.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating thorough product knowledge across categories.
- Deliver personalised styling advice and create complete looks, suggesting add‑ons and multiple ways to wear products to increase basket size.
- Drive sales through storytelling, active listening, and consultative selling; guide customers through purchase decisions to a smooth checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including accurate POS transactions, inventory handling and merchandising.
- Support omnichannel initiatives by using social media and virtual selling techniques to engage customers and follow up post‑visit.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold brand standards.
- Perform light physical tasks as required: lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout sales and stock areas.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Comfort with omnichannel retail practices and social media for client engagement.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak shopping periods and public holidays.
- Physically able to perform stockroom and floor duties, including regular lifting and movement.

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; prior experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
