Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests proactively, applying deep product knowledge to guide selections and build rapport.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks, suggesting complementary items to increase basket size.
- Execute sales transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using store POS procedures.
- Maintain visual presentation and stockroom organisation; receive, process and replenish inventory as required.
- Support omnichannel initiatives by using virtual selling techniques and social channels to engage and retain customers.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team results through storytelling, customer follow‑up and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail sales ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle categories.
- Comfortable with multitasking and prioritising in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
