Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalised client service to drive sales and foster repeat business in a high-end retail environment.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments and manage cash handling and receipts.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain displays, replenish floor stock and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation guidelines.
  • Manage fitting room workflow, assist clients with product selection and provide product knowledge on handbags, accessories and complementary categories.
  • Receive, unpack and process inventory; assist with stockroom organisation and cycle counts as directed.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention procedures, maintain store cleanliness and comply with company security protocols.
  • Support store events, product launches and peak shopping periods with flexible scheduling and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or luxury segments, preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrable customer-service orientation with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Availability for a temporary assignment including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling accuracy; trustworthy with responsibility for transactions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light physical tasks and lift inventory items as needed.
