Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport; demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to drive add‑on sales.
- Actively listen to customer needs, ask insightful questions and guide purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout.
- Deliver storytelling-led selling to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
- Operate POS, manage transactions and uphold operational excellence including stockroom organisation and inventory replenishment.
- Engage customers through social and omnichannel selling methods; adapt to virtual selling tools as required.
- Maintain a well-presented sales floor; undertake physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and manoeuvring stockroom inventory.
- Give and receive constructive feedback; collaborate with colleagues to sustain high-performance retail operations.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.

- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and kneel as required by the role.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Prior retail experience is preferred; candidates should demonstrate direct customer‑facing selling experience, familiarity with POS operations and a track record of meeting sales objectives.
