Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and deliver personalised styling advice to help customers select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle.
- Create complete looks, suggest add-ons and demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade pieces into customers’ wardrobes.
- Drive sales through storytelling and relationship-building; meet personal and store performance objectives.
- Operate the POS, process transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising, inventory handling and organisation.
- Adopt omnichannel selling practices and support virtual or social-driven customer interactions as required.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience; experience in fashion or accessories preferred.
- Comfortable with omnichannel/virtual selling and social media engagement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience required; experience in fashion, accessories or luxury retail preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
