Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service through proactive engagement, styling advice, and follow-up to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, perform floor moves, and ensure product presentation reflects brand directives.
- Support receiving, replenishment and stockroom organization; assist with inventory counts and merchandise tagging.
- Assist with store events, pop-ups or seasonal campaigns and provide flexible coverage for peak trading hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver attentive, courteous client service in a retail environment; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Availability for flexible, temporary scheduling including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; reliable attention to detail for transactions and stock procedures.
- Right to work in the country of hire and the ability to pass any required background checks.

Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred, with prior exposure to luxury or lifestyle brands considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail or customer service training is an advantage.
