Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service through proactive engagement, styling advice, and follow-up to drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, perform floor moves, and ensure product presentation reflects brand directives.
  • Support receiving, replenishment and stockroom organization; assist with inventory counts and merchandise tagging.
  • Assist with store events, pop-ups or seasonal campaigns and provide flexible coverage for peak trading hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver attentive, courteous client service in a retail environment; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Availability for flexible, temporary scheduling including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; reliable attention to detail for transactions and stock procedures.
  • Right to work in the country of hire and the ability to pass any required background checks.

Experience
