Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service that reflects the Kate Spade brand and drives conversion and average transaction value.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges with accuracy and adherence to cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain floor standards: execute visual merchandising directives, replenish stock, fold and display merchandise to brand guidelines.
- Support inventory activity including receiving, tagging and cycle counts, and assist with stockroom organization.
- Actively engage in clienteling activities — capture customer details, support outreach and follow-up for events and product launches.
- Enforce loss-prevention, health and safety policies and ensure a welcoming, secure environment for clients and colleagues.
- Provide operational support during peak periods and in-store events, including fitting-room assistance and queue management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer-service certification advantageous.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to work variable or extended hours during peak seasons.
- Right to work in the country of employment and ability to pass required background checks.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail experience preferred (0–2 years), with luxury or premium-brand background desirable. Demonstrable client-facing experience and a track record of meeting sales targets is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
