Role & Responsibilities

- Support merchandising initiatives: maintain visual standards, replenish product, and execute floor moves and seasonal resets.
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, styling guidance and follow‑up.
- Maintain store presentation, stockroom organisation and adherence to loss‑prevention and operational policies.
- Provide flexible coverage for peak trading periods, in‑store events and promotional activity as required by store management.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service aptitude; polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; able to commit to a temporary assignment.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating electronic point‑of‑sale systems.
- Previous retail experience preferred, luxury or fashion experience strongly advantageous.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass required store background checks.

Entry‑level role; 0–2 years of retail or customer‑facing experience recommended. Prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates.
Education
