Role & Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalised service to every client, building rapport and cultivating repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and effective clienteling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process payments, handle returns and perform cash reconciliation.
- Maintain merchandising standards: execute visual directives, replenish stock, and ensure a boutique-ready environment.
- Support store operations during peak periods, events, and inventory activities; adhere to loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Professional, client-focused demeanour with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within luxury, premium or accessory-led brands.
- Ability to perform basic cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
- Right to work in the United States (local work authorization required).

Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred; seasonal or temporary experience in a high-volume, brand-driven environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
