Kate Spade in Monroe, OH seeks a Temporary Associate (part-time) at Cincinnati Premium Outlets; pay $15.00–$19.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth and strong product knowledge; act as a trusted style advisor to help customers discover and define their personal looks.
  • Deliver consultative styling: propose complete outfits, suggest add-ons, and demonstrate multiple ways to wear products to increase basket size.
  • Drive sales through storytelling and deep familiarity with product attributes across categories.
  • Operate POS to complete transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain operational standards: organise the stockroom, replenish floor merchandising, and support inventory workflows.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays to meet store needs.
  • Perform light to moderate physical tasks regularly, including lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and moving merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience; styling or fashion advisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Awareness of social media and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
  • English proficiency (or local market language where applicable).
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

Prior retail experience with demonstrated selling results and customer-facing styling or advisory work is required; experience with omni-channel selling or social media commerce is preferred.
