Kate Spade seeks a Temporary Associate (part-time) in Dallas, TX at NorthPark Center to deliver styling-led customer service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and product expertise, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Provide personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade assortments.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and suggestive selling of add-on items.
- Deliver flawless point-of-sale transactions and maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques, including virtual consultations and social media engagement, to support business objectives.
- Support visual merchandising and replenishment; safely handle merchandise and perform routine stockroom duties.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with superior interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
- Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical retail duties (climb, bend, kneel).
- Comfort with social media tools and willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling methods.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service; experience in styling or visual presentation is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
