Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed store sales KPIs and conversion targets through active coaching and performance management.
- Own day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, point-of-sale accuracy, and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
- Develop and maintain high standards of clienteling and customer service, ensuring personalized engagement with high-net-worth clients and repeat customers.
- Implement brand visual merchandising and product presentation directives to optimize floor plan, displays and stock rotation.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, onboarding of new hires, and conduct regular team briefings to communicate targets and initiatives.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving procedures and cycle counts to sustain product availability and reduce shrinkage.
- Collaborate with district leadership on local marketing, events, and promotional execution to drive footfall and brand activation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in retail, preferably within fashion, accessories, or luxury segments.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and retain high-performing sales teams with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong numeracy and organisational capability for managing sales metrics, schedules and inventory processes.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by store trading patterns.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional presentation consistent with brand standards.

Typically 2+ years of progressive retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; prior exposure to premium or luxury retail environments strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in retail management, business or fashion is advantageous.
