Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
  • Coach, mentor and schedule sales associates to maximise performance and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive store sales and key performance indicators through cascading goals, performance tracking and targeted selling.
  • Deliver high standards of clienteling and complaint resolution, ensuring long-term customer loyalty.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in collaboration with store management.
  • Support execution of product launches, promotional initiatives and seasonal floor sets.
  • Prepare and review basic store reports, sales summaries and assist manager with payroll and labour optimisation.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety regulations and brand visual guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop team selling capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; ability to work retail hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Experience
