Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the sales floor with product inquiries, styling guidance, and purchase transactions
- Support inventory management and stockroom organization
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, bending, and kneeling as required by retail operations
- Contribute to creating an inclusive, welcoming retail environment that reflects Kate Spade's brand values
- Maintain operational standards and communicate effectively with team members across all organizational levels
Qualifications
