Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sales floor and stockroom operations, ensuring adherence to Kate Spade standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring to maintain operational excellence and service quality
- Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through coaching, team engagement, and accountability
- Execute visual merchandising displays and seasonal collection rollouts to maximize merchandising impact
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and merchandise flow between sales floor and stockroom
- Handle customer service escalations and resolve conflicts with professionalism and brand alignment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
- Analyze sales metrics and report on key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in retail environments
- Strong proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all levels

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity. Demonstrated success in managing teams, driving sales results, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

The successful candidate will be located in Thornton, Colorado, USA, with easy access to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
