Kate Spade New York seeks a Retail Supervisor III (interim) in Orlando, Florida—lead store operations, supervise staff, and drive customer excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise retail sales floor and stockroom operations to ensure seamless customer and inventory experiences
- Lead, coach, and support store associates in delivering exceptional service aligned with Kate Spade brand standards
- Manage merchandise presentation, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy across sales and storage areas
- Address customer issues with diplomacy and operational problem-solving
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and loss-prevention protocols
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfort with climbing, bending, and kneeling
- Proficiency in retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings

Proven experience in retail supervisory roles with demonstrated success in team leadership, sales floor coordination, and operational excellence within a branded retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of retail or hospitality management training is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
