Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee sales floor operations and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with Kate Spade's brand aesthetic
• Lead and motivate retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and coordination between sales floor and stockroom
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with diplomacy and professionalism
• Execute opening and closing procedures; maintain store cleanliness and security protocols
• Train and develop team members; provide direct, actionable feedback to support performance and growth
• Collaborate with store leadership on scheduling, promotional execution, and operational improvements
• Monitor compliance with company policies, visual standards, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands
• Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and foster positive team morale
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage conflict diplomatically
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfort with climbing, bending, kneeling, and sustained periods on the sales floor
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
• Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention best practices

Skills

Experience

2–4 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably within a luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment. Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance targets and fostering high-performing teams.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
