Kate Spade Supervisor I role in North Conway, New Hampshire—lead sales floor, manage team, drive client relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales performance while coaching the team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and Kate Spade service standards; lead VIP retention and repeat business initiatives
- Model brand service behaviors including consultative selling, needs discovery, and relationship-building to set the tone on the sales floor
- Coach team members on performance goals and development; support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development
- Provide performance feedback to store leadership; advocate for team development needs and foster an inclusive, equitable culture
- Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and facility security (key-holding responsibilities)
- Process POS transactions accurately and manage inventory functions including transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damage documentation
- Maintain organized stockroom operations and direct timely replenishment to optimize sales floor availability
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and brand-safe social media engagement
- Lead customer data capture and loyalty program initiatives to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail service or management experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and confidently navigate retail operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Social media literacy and understanding of current platform trends
- Familiarity with omni-channel and virtual selling tools and clienteling systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role, preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
