Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee sales floor and stockroom operations during assigned shifts
- Direct and supervise associate activities to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Monitor and support team performance against sales and operational metrics
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service concerns with grace and brand alignment
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the retail environment
- Conduct staff training and development coaching aligned with company competencies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock management activities
- Communicate operational priorities and brand messaging to the sales team
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence and brand representation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to operational changes
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Retail supervisory or assistant management experience required; experience with fashion and luxury retail preferred. Demonstrated success in leading teams, exceeding performance targets, and maintaining operational excellence.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
