Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales floor and stockroom operations during assigned shifts
  • Direct and supervise associate activities to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Monitor and support team performance against sales and operational metrics
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve service concerns with grace and brand alignment
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the retail environment
  • Conduct staff training and development coaching aligned with company competencies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock management activities

Qualifications
