Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs while upholding Kate Spade brand standards.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and in-store service, cultivating long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, POS transactions and visual merchandising execution.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance coaching and on-the-job training to develop team capability.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, shrinkage control and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Implement promotional activities and merchandising directives from regional management, ensuring visual standards and brand storytelling.
  • Prepare and submit operational and sales reports, and provide actionable feedback to district management.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium, contemporary or luxury fashion.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop frontline talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills; polished presentation aligned with brand standards.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
