Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales objectives and KPI targets.
  • Deliver exemplary client service by coaching staff in relationship-building, VIP servicing and clienteling techniques.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, deposit reconciliation and POS supervision.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and brand presentation to ensure compliance with seasonal floor sets and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct staff scheduling, performance feedback, training, and development to build capability and reduce turnover.
  • Control inventory through cycle counts, stock replenishment, markdown execution and shrinkage prevention.
  • Handle customer escalations and liaise with regional management on operational matters, sales reporting and corrective action.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail or fashion preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Proven ability to supervise and develop a frontline retail team with a focus on sales and service excellence.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and experience with cash reconciliation and basic P&L awareness.

Experience
