Kate Spade in Aurora, OH is hiring a Supervisor I to lead sales, client development and store operations at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales floor to achieve personal and store KPIs; analyze performance metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
  • Model and coach kate spade service behaviors to deliver exceptional in-store and post-sale client experiences; drive proactive outreach and VIP retention.
  • Recruit, onboard, train and develop store team members; provide regular feedback and performance guidance to support career growth.
  • Supervise operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
  • Oversee inventory processes—receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damage reporting—to maintain inventory integrity and visual availability.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom and direct timely replenishment to the sales floor.
  • Champion omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping) and lead customer data capture to grow loyalty.
  • Promote brand-safe social media engagement and awareness of trends to support local marketing and client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Social media literacy and familiarity with platform trends; comfort using omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
  • Ability to perform physical duties: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
