Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service by greeting customers, assessing needs, and providing relevant product recommendations to drive store sales.

  • Maintain and elevate store presentation through daily housekeeping, visual merchandising tasks, and timely replenishment of stock on the sales floor.
  • Support inventory activities including stock counts, receiving, processing shipments, and accurate tagging of merchandise.
  • Adhere to loss prevention and cash-handling procedures, ensuring security and compliance with company standards.
  • Meet or exceed daily and seasonal sales targets, participate in promotions, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Attend and complete required brand and product training; communicate product knowledge and promotional initiatives to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a seasonal schedule throughout the summer, including weekends and peak retail hours.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
  • Reliable numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
  • Presentable professional appearance and the ability to represent a prestige lifestyle brand.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
