Kate Spade New York seeks a seasonal Stylist in Wrentham, MA to deliver personalized styling and advisory services. $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand preferences and style goals
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to style and wear products, encouraging customers to explore new possibilities
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandising standards, and accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Give and receive feedback constructively to support continuous improvement
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Demonstrated social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluent English proficiency
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
