Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Kate Spade products and brand heritage
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, recommend complementary products, and showcase multiple ways to wear items
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Drive sales results through authentic customer storytelling and deep category knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory awareness, and accurate POS transactions
- Learn and apply omnichannel and virtual selling techniques, leveraging social media awareness
- Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment
- Reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment with demonstrated success in customer engagement and product advisory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
