Kate Spade Stylist – Part-Time Retail Position at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, New York
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary items to create complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Demonstrate proficiency in omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, leveraging social media awareness
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and storytelling around brand heritage and product attributes
- Provide and receive honest, constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Perform physical tasks including lifting items up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong English proficiency
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Education
