Kate Spade Stylist, part-time position at Woodburn Premium Outlets in Oregon—$15–$19.50/hr, retail styling and customer service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinated looks and complementary products, and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Reinforce customer choices and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Learn and apply omnichannel and virtual selling techniques as the business evolves
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to demonstrate deep understanding of brand attributes
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, holiday periods, and high-traffic retail days

Experience
Prior retail experience is required. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in a customer-facing role where they have built trust, provided personalized recommendations, and exceeded sales targets through strong interpersonal skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, merchandising, or business is advantageous but not required.
