Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and establish rapport; act as a trusted advisor to discover their personal aesthetic and lifestyle needs.
- Provide styling guidance and assemble complete looks across categories, demonstrating multiple ways to wear product.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and effective product recommendations, including suggestive selling of add-ons.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including organized inventory, merchandising standards and accurate POS transactions.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques (virtual appointments, social selling) and promote customer retention through follow-up and invitations to return.
- Offer constructive feedback within the team and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; styling or apparel/accessories experience preferred.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to bend, climb and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; previous styling or customer-facing sales experience in fashion or accessories is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in fashion, visual merchandising or styling preferred.
