Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new approaches
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions
• Reinforce customer choices and create positive experiences that encourage repeat visits
• Drive results through strong customer connections, compelling storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate point-of-sale transactions
• Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including holidays

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience working in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
• English language proficiency
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and peak seasons

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally in fashion or luxury goods, is required. Knowledge of styling, fashion coordination, and customer-centric sales approaches is valuable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; no additional formal education required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
