Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Listen actively to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetics
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and brand storytelling
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering throughout sales floor and stockroom areas
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail sales environment is required. Experience in luxury fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
