Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer styling needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and brand narrative
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and build loyalty
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle retail
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated capacity to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Preferred experience includes work in luxury fashion, lifestyle retail, or similar customer-focused roles where consultative selling and personal styling were central to the position.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no additional formal education is required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
