Kate Spade New York, Waipahu, Hawaii – Temporary Associate Stylist position offering flexible retail hours and competitive compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail setting
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Prior experience in a retail environment with a demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The role is situated in Waipahu, Hawaii, USA — conveniently close to Honolulu.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
