Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks incorporating Kate Spade products
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and storytelling to encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases while inviting repeat visits
  • Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Provide and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement

Qualifications
