Kate Spade Stylist - Temporary Part-Time Position in Tucson, Arizona. Drive sales through personalized styling and exceptional customer service at premium outlet location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, visual merchandising, and POS transactions
- Build and reinforce customer relationships, celebrating purchase decisions and inviting repeat visits
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner and collaborate with team members
- Support omnichannel selling initiatives and leverage social media awareness in customer interactions
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the Kate Spade brand aesthetic
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and retail holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- English proficiency

Prior retail experience required; candidates should demonstrate strong professional selling skills and a proven ability to connect with customers and drive results in a retail environment.
Education
