Kate Spade New York seeks part-time Stylist in Tinton Falls, NJ. Provide personalized styling advice and drive sales through exceptional customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their needs and styling preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, consultative checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate flexibility in working a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Receive and provide constructive feedback in a collaborative team setting
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to embrace social media awareness and learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
