Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
• Use creativity to showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new styles and expressions
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience at point-of-sale
• Reinforce and celebrate customer style choices, inviting them to return and building brand loyalty
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous improvement
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury lifestyle retail
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Proficiency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling experience with a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive results through strong interpersonal engagement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specialized education in fashion, styling, or retail management is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
