Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest coordinating add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
- Showcase multiple ways to style products creatively and encourage customers to explore new aesthetic possibilities
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
- Work flexibly to accommodate business needs including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency or local language proficiency as required by market
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles with a track record of building customer relationships is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific formal education not required.
