Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
• Use creativity to showcase multiple styling options and encourage customers to explore new and innovative ways to wear products
• Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure seamless checkout transactions via POS systems
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building brand loyalty and inviting repeat visits
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain deep knowledge of brand attributes, seasonal collections, and product innovations across all categories
• Maintain operational excellence by organizing the stockroom, managing inventory, and processing transactions accurately
• Participate in team feedback sessions and receive and deliver honest, constructive performance feedback

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior retail experience with demonstrated track record of customer engagement
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English language proficiency
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
• Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Skills

Experience

Prior experience working in a retail environment with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
