Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand and anticipate customer styling needs
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that enhance the customer experience
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and imagination to encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, enjoyable checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to build loyalty and return to the store
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability, working nights, weekends, and peak retail periods as required by business needs
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a dynamic team setting
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Proficiency in English language communication
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques

Experience
Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment with demonstrated ability to connect with diverse customer bases and close sales through authentic engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
