Kate Spade New York seeks a temporary Stylist at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Florida—part-time retail role focused on customer engagement and styling expertise ($15–$19.50/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide tailored styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative presentation and encourage style exploration
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transaction accuracy
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and authentic brand storytelling
- Reinforce customer choices and cultivate loyalty by inviting repeat visits and building lasting relationships
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as applicable)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
