Seasonal Stylist at Kate Spade (Sawgrass Mills, Sunrise, FL). Part-time bilingual Spanish/Portuguese customer advisor role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that inspire purchases
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative storytelling
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building long-term brand loyalty
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience demonstrating customer-facing expertise
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese languages
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and holiday periods

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing or styling role. Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and translate product knowledge into compelling recommendations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
