Kate Spade — Stylist (part-time) in Sunrise, FL (Sawgrass Mills). Deliver personalized styling, in-store sales and omnichannel customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store styling and personal-shopping experiences, advising customers on complete looks and product pairings to fit their aesthetic and lifestyle.
- Build rapport through active listening and consultative selling; use storytelling to drive conversion and increase average transaction value.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories and articulate brand DNA and product attributes to customers.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS), manage checkout flow and ensure accurate transactions and customer follow-up.
- Support omnichannel selling and virtual appointments; leverage social media awareness to engage customers and extend brand reach.
- Ensure operational excellence: maintain stockroom organization, assist with inventory replenishment and visual presentation on the sales floor.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail days and holidays; undertake physical tasks such as lifting and stock movement as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty or lifestyle brand.
- Comfortable with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques and basic use of social media for customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical activity on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; candidates should demonstrate successful customer-facing selling experience and familiarity with omnichannel retail interactions.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
