Kate Spade New York seeks a Temporary Stylist at St. Augustine Premium Outlets. Part-time retail sales position, $15–$19.50/hr, flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and styling preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat patronage
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandising, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluent English proficiency
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury lifestyle sectors. Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and driving sales through styling expertise.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

This position is based in St. Augustine, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Jacksonville.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
