Kate Spade New York Temporary Stylist – St. Augustine, FL. Part-time position offering styling and customer engagement roles in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest coordinating products, and create complete outfit combinations
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetic directions
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering brand loyalty and repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and apply omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong product knowledge and ability to absorb information quickly
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods. Demonstrated ability to build genuine customer connections and drive sales through consultative selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
