Kate Spade New York seeks a temporary Stylist at St. Augustine Premium Outlets, Florida. Part-time role offering $15–$19.50/hour with retail benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes and lifestyles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and foster return visits through positive engagement
- Drive sales through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Work collaboratively with team members and accept constructive feedback
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience required
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Social media awareness and openness to omni-channel selling techniques
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver retail and stockroom environments
- English language proficiency

Experience
Prior experience in a retail selling environment is required. Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles with evidence of strong interpersonal skills and collaborative teamwork is preferred.
