Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new styles and seasonal collections
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce customer choices and build brand loyalty by inviting patrons to return
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions

  • Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, high-traffic retail days, and holiday periods to meet business needs
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating the sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively within a team structure
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • English proficiency or local language proficiency as required by market
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
