Kate Spade Stylist position in Sevierville, TN; part-time temporary role providing styling advice and customer engagement at Tanger Outlets location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand styling preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new options
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits through exceptional service and brand celebration
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency in omnichannel and virtual selling techniques as appropriate
- Provide and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency or local language proficiency per market
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
