Kate Spade Stylist (Part-Time) in Santa Clara, CA - $15–$24.25/hr. Assist customers with personalized styling and product selection.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain stockroom organization and process POS transactions with accuracy
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Demonstrate proficiency in omni-channel and virtual selling techniques as needed
- Work flexibly to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and high-traffic retail days
